When we list you we set up a complimentary account for you--your agent will give you a user name and password during the listing meeting.
Alternatively, you can telephone or email the showing agents for feedback (usually agents make a point of leaving their business card--so check their card for their phone number and/or email.) Don’t be surprised if they give you "fluffy" non-substantive answers when you contact them. Many times an agent does not know what their clients really think and/or they don’t remember your home.
If an agent has seen your home twice, please email us: help@bensladerealty.com. The subject line of the email should read HOME FEEDBACK and the body should contain the details of when and who showed your home. We will call them for feedback and try our best to get an offer for you.
